What is your refund and results policy?
Due to the custom nature of our spiritual services, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. If you wish to have a ritual performed again, you may simply submit a new request. Because every individual’s situation is entirely unique, we cannot provide estimated timelines for when you will see results. If you have additional questions about your specific situation or progress, we invite you to book a tarot reading.

Spells, Rituals, and Castings
How do free spells work?
Our spell castings are completely free. By requesting a spell, you give us permission to cast it using the names, birth dates, goals, and photos you provide.
How to request a spell?
Explore our shop at freespellcasting.com/shop to select from our existing categories, or request a custom à la carte spell. Please note that custom requests are limited to a maximum of two intentions or goals per casting.
How do I receive proof that my spell was cast?
Upon completion of your spell, we will email you a link to a recorded video of the casting hosted on YouTube.

If you prefer to keep your video off YouTube, you can request private hosting on our secure servers for a $25 fee to cover storage costs.
- The video will remain accessible for 30 days via a private download link provided upon upload.
- After 30 days, the file is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We strongly encourage you to download and save your video before this period expires.
How do you protect my privacy in the videos uploaded to YouTube?
All YouTube videos are completely muted and free of any personal details, names, photos, or petitions. Only a unique Log Number appears on screen, and comment sections are disabled. The video description simply identifies the casting by its Log Number. If you prefer a video with audio that remains entirely private, you can select our optional Private Hosting service.
What if I want a follow-up?
Once your spell is cast, we email you the YouTube link. If you want a follow-up or have questions, you can purchase a tarot reading.
